Sunfiber (Hydrolyzed Guar Gum): Soluble Fiber

Fiber has many benefits, including supporting regularity and supporting healthy cholesterol levels. This fiber combines both soluble and insoluble fiber in an “easy-to-take” form with no taste or gritty texture. According to a study published in the Journal of Nutrition (July-August 2009), some sources of fiber have overlapping health benefits, regardless of whether they are soluble or insoluble. This is true of bamboo fiber, which was found to be effective in lowering cholesterol despite it being insoluble.

Mix 1-2 scoops 1-2 times daily in water or juice, or even food. This gluten-free supplement contains no coloring, sugar, flavorings, or other additives. It is excellent for children, as it has no flavor or texture. ‡

Note: It is best to increase your fiber dosage gradually to let your body become accustomed to it. Increasing fiber too quickly may cause constipation or bloating for some.
